自然散热的效率是受限的,随着功耗墙的逼近,基站的风冷、液冷也在研究中。温度控制良好时,不仅影响产品的可靠性,还会降低设备功耗。由漏电电流导致的静态功耗会随温度的上升快速上升,而随着芯片制程的演进,晶体管尺寸越来越小,漏电电流将越来越大。这意味着温度对芯片功耗的影响也会越来越显著。如果温度控制不当,那产品功耗会增加,从而进一步升温,造成产品热循环恶化。
